Suspension Rebuild

A recent customer gave us a call regarding her 2005 Ford Explorer inquiring about replacing a wheel bearing. Upon inspection we had informed her that her wheel bearing was in fact bad, but so was much of her suspension. Here you can see the aftermath of the disassembly before we had reinstalled brand new MOOG TTX components that we provide a labor warranty for one year from the installation date. MOOG TTX provides a separate 3 year 36k mile warranty on parts.

Mobile jumpstart

At 2am on a particularly cold night we received a panicked call from a customer requesting immediate assistance with a jump start so she wouldn't be late to work. Within 15 minutes we had showed up and gotten started charging her battery. After another 10 minutes on the scene her batteries were sufficiently charged and she made her way to work without issue.

Brake Pad replacement

After receiving a call regarding squealing brakes we had performed an inspection and determined the brake pads on this impala were worn past the safe limits. After being informed of the strict budget we took measurements of the rotor, and after determining the rotor was within safe and compliant limits, we installed new pads to extend the life of their brakes until they could afford to buy a full replacement set including pads, rotors, slides, and slide pins. For now they're safely back on the road.
